Scott Belknap started drilling water wells in 1978 after working with his father, Ken Belknap and his uncle, Bill Belknap in their well drilling businesses. Scott’s grandfather, Bert Belknap drilled some of the first city wells in the Central Valley during the early 1900’s. Today, Scott Belknap Well Drilling continues the family legacy of bringing water to farmers, rural residents and businesses throughout the San Joaquin Valley.
