Established in 1978, West Coast Mennonite Men’s Chorus has been blessed with the honor of worshipping our Lord through music and also raising funds for relief work around the world. The chorus https://www.wcmmc.org is based in the Central/Southern San Joaquin Valley with 100 multigenerational singers (high schoolers to men in their 90’s), singing in four-part harmony. Although rich in Mennonite tradition of singing as a significant form of worship, the chorus is now made up of men from many walks of life and various churches who commit their time and talent to this time-honored endeavor. Concerts are free: a free-will offering will be taken that is given in its entirety to our beneficiary, Mennonite Disaster Service (MDS) https://www.mds.org MDS recruits, organizes and empowers volunteers to repair and rebuild the homes of those impacted by disasters in the United States and Canada. Responding with Christian love to serve people who would not otherwise have the means to recover, their goal is to restore hope and bring people home. At our request, MDS has been designating our contributions to California projects, in Merced, Kern and Butte Counties.
