Hood Outreach Street Ministries at the Oval Park is a community event in partnership with The Life Church in Visalia.  We bring a message of hope, love and forgiveness to the lost, homeless and needy at the Oval Park. This is the first of seven outreaches planned for the year of 2025. We will be barbecuing hamburgers, hotdogs and providing drinks. We take food donations, monetary, and mens and womens clothing.
