Matching Gift Agreement: Spring 2026 Fundraiser

1.Purpose of Gift

The Donor agrees to provide a matching gift to Spirit Radio to be used as a challenge grant during the Spring 2026 Fundraiser. The goal of this gift is to incentivize individual listener donations and maximize community support. 2.Commitment & Terms • Total Pledge Amount: The Donor commits a maximum amount of • Matching Ratio: The gift will be applied at a ratio of 1:1. For every dollar donated by the public, the Donor will contribute one dollar, up to the maximum pledge.

• Timeframe: This match will be active during: Option A: Specific hour or day during drive (TBD by Spirit) Option B: The entire drive (For gifts over $10k) 3. Fulfillment Conditions

The Donor agrees to fulfill the pledge based on the following: Success-Based: The final donation amount will be determined by the total amount of qualifying public gifts received during the specified timeframe. Full Amount: The maximum donation amount will be donated regardless of the amount received from the public. 5. Signatures
