Holy Week starts Sunday March 24 and goes through Easter. There’s no doubt that it is a very significant and special time in our lives as Christians. All this week, Misty Jordan will share some thoughts and special memories, and you are invited to join in.
Everyone who calls to share between 2 and 6 pm will be entered into a drawing for a very special gift: an Easter Lily delivered right to your door (or anywhere you’d like!).
Before fully opening, lilies assume a trumpet shape. This represents God the Father calling his Son Jesus home, which is a source of joy for Christians. The choice of white lilies represents purity and freedom from sin through Jesus’ death on the cross. Legend holds that lilies grew wherever Jesus’ tears fell, offering hope to believers everywhere.
