Business Development/Underwriting

Spirit 88.9 is currently looking for someone to join our team in Business Development. We are searching for self-motivated, enthusiastic, resourceful, goal oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced, high energy environment. Sales executive needs to develop new business and create radio oriented campaigns for clients. Responsible for accounts, sales, service including proposals, promotions, radio schedules and collections. This position is about connecting clients who want our listening families to know about them.

Applicant must be able to negotiate business and achieve revenue goals, develop new underwriters and service existing clients. This position is directly responsible for acquiring new clients and creating revenue. You must have a consistent work ethic with great follow up to details and time management.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred. Minimum three years experience required. Superior oral and written presentation skills, professional appearance, proven track record in building relationships, proven track record in new business development, and a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Must have a clean driving record.
